It has brought my attention to a new awareness and way of thinking about what I'm doing. It has also underlined the need for a supervision notebook. Something I believe in, know about, yet still haven't integrated.

I joined this ReciproCoach Supervision Group because I really enjoy having an opportunity to reflect on my coaching with my peers.
