In-built features of ReciproCoach supervision

 

  • Begin supervision whenever you're ready, by joining and upcoming round

  • Personal supervision rounds are streamed by experience levels (measured in hours) to encourage collaboration and sharing (as opposed to an expert-novice experience)

  • Before a supervision group starts, you can peruse the profiles of all the members of your group

  • Group supervision calls are structured to explore each different aspect of coaching practice and the profession within a one hour call

  • Prior to a supervision group meeting you get the opportunity to submit a preparation form. This gives you reflective learning and ensures for an organized, effective meeting.

  • After a supervision group meeting you get the opportunity to submit a post session form. This gives you reflective learning and provides accountability.
  • Between meetings, follow-up by sharing discussed resources, articles, tools and more through a private discussion forum!
