This was my first mentoring experience and just the act of recording a session, and listening to it myself was a learning experience. After validating all the postive aspects of my coaching my mentor put his finger on 2 areas of weakness of which I was already unconsciously conscious. Hearing it come from someone else really brought the fact home and has spurned me to pay extra attention to those points. I will definitely sign up for another mentoring round soon!

I had used ReciproCoach for coaching before, but this time I decided to go for a mentoring round for the first time. I must say now that I really enjoyed it. It is different from coaching, it goes further into observing and analysing the way the coaching is done. It gave me a safe space and time to step back and have some professionnal advice on my coaching, and it was very useful to analyse an other coach's coaching style and help her work on her self awareness about it. I enjoyed doing this and i will do it again!
