A professional match-maker (your round coordinator) reviews your profile, your preferences for a mentor, as well as any request you submit, and matches you up with a mentor and a mentee

Log your progress as you go with an easy to use progress management facility that is monitored by your round coordinator ensuring that every ReciproCoach gives and receives equally

Leave feedback on your mentor and your mentee and receive feedback from your mentee and your mentor, adding to your bank of testimonials
