Reciprocal peer coaching
Reciprocal coaching involves giving coaching to one coach, in order to receive coaching from another coach.
By agreeing to coach your assigned client for a pre-determined number of sessions (this is called a ReciproCoach "round"), you are entitled to receive the same number of sessions of coaching from your assigned coach.
All you need to do is
look at the rounds on offer and choose one that starts and finishes when you want and gives you the number sessions you need.
When you register for the round, you get the opportunity to tell the ReciproCoach coordinator what kind of coach you'd like to be matched with, and before it starts, you even get the opportunity to request particular coaches.
The coordinator of your round then matches you with two people: a coach and a client, connects you with them both and makes sure that everyone involved fulfills their end of the bargain.
You pay for the coaching you receive, by giving coaching to another coach. This is the reason why ReciproCoach only needs to charge a small fee, reducing the cost of multiple coaching sessions to much less than the price of one single coaching session!
Some people wonder what the catch is. How can it be so
inexpensive to have so much coaching? All you need to understand is you're not paying
us to
receive coaching (you pay for that by
giving coaching to another coach). Instead, you're just paying
us to hook you up with a coach and client and to make sure you get back what you give (measured in hours).
You can participate as much or as little as you like. With our
annual memberships or pay-as-you-go options, you can be in coaching all year round, or once in a blue moon.
