Important ReciproCoach membership changes coming up March 1

Based on feedback from ReciproCoaches, we are about to make some significant changes to improve the ReciproCoach membership structure.

While you will still get the same value for money you are used to from ReciproCoach, from March 1st 2015, you will be able to choose from several memberships that are especially designed to suit coaches at different levels of development: from new coaches needing to practice and grow their coaching businesses, to experienced coaches who need to maintain their professional currency.

If you prefer to pay as you go, you will still be able to do this, but the process will be simpler. You will no longer need to purchase coins first, but instead will be able to pay directly upon registration. We hope this will make the round registration process quicker for you.

This gives you time to get mentoring on one session recording, implement the feedback and then record another session to reflect on your development with your mentor. In a series of 6 coaching sessions, your client is also considered a "regular" client. Therefore, these recorded sessions may be used in an ICF credential application.

Need a fresh approach to coaching on time management?

Whether you're a business, personal or executive coach, time management is a common focus in coaching sessions. There are a multitude of books on time management, and coaching tools also abound. Yet most of these advocate one-size-fits-all strategies for time management, while the latest research points to more individualized approaches to time management.

This issue of Coaching Research in Practice provides one such personalised approach to coaching on time management issues. It presents "an alternative approach to working with time management related issues and to developing a healthier relationship with time in general" (Boniwell, Osin & Sircova, 2014, p. 24), which improves both well-being and productivity.

Professional and personal development for coaches

ReciproCoach provides a platform for coaches around the world to engage in reciprocal peer coaching (also known as co-coaching), mentoring and supervision. Our program utilises the power of experiential and social learning to deliver deep, meaningful and long-lasting professional and personal development.

ReciproCoach lives and breathes Friere's philosophy that those who teach learn in the act of teaching, and those who learn, teach in the act of learning. ReciproCoaches enrich their professional practice not only by being coached, mentored and supervised, but also and perhaps even more so, by coaching, mentoring and supervising other coaches in our community.

ReciproCoach is a community of professional practice that taps into the collaborative potential of the coaching world to ensure that every coach has access to coaching, mentoring and supervision, the three cornerstones of professional practice.
